So I picked up the guitar to see if I could still sing. It came out low. Lower than before as I am now much older. So then I put the guitar back down again.
And began to think of sensible things like, what would be the perfect birth-chart.
The perfect birth-chart/horoscope would have to have a sun in every sign as no one sign is any ‘better’ than any other. So, this would then need to apply to the other planets and the moon: there would have to be one in each sign.
What about the houses, how would they have to be arranged? What is the ideal rising sign? Is there one? No. Well, because the Earth rotates once a day on its axis and this is how each person’s rising sign is configured, the ideal person would have to spend all day, 24 hours taking his and her first breath. And be everywhere in the world at once.
The whole ‘Silent Night’ idea is clearly having an unusual effect on me.** But this is a useful idea because it shows how ‘incomplete’ we all are and how no-one can be perfect (sorry Virgos). It also shows how unique each one of us is, and most importantly it illustrates the course we might take to aspire to be a ‘better’ version of ourselves: this is the realisation that each one of us is a valid part of the whole. Because when you add us all up together, then we are ‘the ideal, perfect person’.

** more likely the total eclipse of the sun today which falls conjunct my natal Uranus.
