How to live.

It’s OK. Don’t panic. Don’t go into that downward slide into depression or anxiety or wherever you tend to go. Whatever it is, it’s OK.
That’s it. That’s all you need.
Now work it out. It’s not a trick. Whatever you need to do or not do, to be or not be, it’s ok. You know there will be consequences whatever you do, so no surprise there.
All you have to do is to get through each day until there are no more left. Then it’s over.
